As part of the Darmstadt Energy Laboratory for Technologies in Application (Reallabor DELTA), a building and energy system model of a section of the Ludwigshöhviertel district is currently being created in the simulation program Trnsys. On the basis of this model, various energy analyses are to be carried out.
